It has gotten bigger and not gotten better, more traffic, more crime. I'm reluctant to see the farm land gobbled up to the north, the traffic increase, and we can do with the length of ridgeline trail we have now. I think they should leave Santa Clara alone, it is crowded enough. The traffic is already bad. There is room in the city to do something like that. Not sure where but enough is enough. 97408 No more growth out River Road. There are already enough traffic jams out there. There is enough recreational opportunity and open space out there from the schools and the River Road Park District. Urban growth boundary issue 97401 i think that there is absolutely no need to move the boundaries at this point. The Santa Clara area is already a mess and I think need less housing for less devastation to traffic and schools. I just think that if the boundaries are widened it is opening to disaster in many different ways. The boundaries should be left. I just wouldn't agree to the proposal the way it is asking for so many houses in one small area. The Urban Growth Boundaries need to be left alone, although they will move them when they want to as they always have. Do we really need more houses? The Urban Growth Boundaries don't need to be moved anymore right now. The govemment shouldn't be able to cause the devastation to families that they do. The property in South Hills can be developed and that's the why they made the boundaries what they are. 1 think they'll do what they want to anyway, but I feel the boundaries should be left or they'll move them on a whim anytime someone offers them a good deal to move them. 97402 They would find some way of getting money out of taxpayers. Too much sprawl, too fast of growth, too much pressure on the schools and infrastructures, most important, the destruction of farm land. The impact on the schools, crossing the urban growth boundary. Urban growth boundary should not be moved due to agricultural land. It is important to preserve the current urban growth boundary and minimize the size of classrooms. 97404 I think the boundaries need to be left right where they are. They are set for a reason. 1 just feel the boundaries don't need to be pushed out. I just don't like the Urban Boundaries moved for that.
