3
The traffic is already horrendous. We're not ready for a whole new development. TABLE 40V
Y opment. And 900 houses would just be a start - what
else are they waiting to build that they're not telling us about?
Don't like the annexation part. We don't need such a dense housing project - traffic is already terrible. They should do
something about the traffic problem we have now.
Agricultural land, traffic, increase of students and not being able to accommodate them tax wise.
Traffic congestion, increase in student population that couldn't be accommodated effectively, excluding of more homes being
built to preserve land.
Increased taxes, traffic congestion.
Traffic, population problem.
Don't approve of the city changing the boundaries, and that's probably what will happen, traffic congestion problems.
Not enough information, poncemed about traffic congestion.
Against a housing development, too dose to Rodeo grounds. Traffic structure could no way support more homes.
Developers will make too much gain from proposal. Probably higher taxes and more traffic congestion.
No more houses please, no more traffic, please spend the money on people who need help like mentally ill and poor people.
Traffic patterns and environment would change, no annexation because of tax increases.
I just want the park only; prefer very small amount of building of houses due to traffic and public transit problems.
Traffic congestion, I still bike the idea of living out in the country part of town.
I would like the community to have a greater involvement in the proposal, traffic issues, and development values.
Possible problem of annexing and raising taxes, and maybe not adding so many homes because of privacy and traffic
problems.
No more traffic, or commercial buildings, concerned about condemnation of property and more housing.
Traffic problems, overcrowding of schools. Possibility of annexing.
I think the current parks in Santa Clara are not underserving current population. Building a housing development would not
serve traffic well. The Ridgeline trail is the only mountain bike - accessible trail.
The more people and kids, no school funding and road upkeep...that's where the money should go, the schools aren't
sufficient for 900 more homes.
We already have difficult traffic problems here. I purchased my home because it was on the outside of the boundary; they just
built a park nearby. The traffic is bad, congested.
Don't like to see the farmland gone. Don't think we need a huge park with the traffic problems. Should build several smaller
parks. Don't want additional housing with traffic problems.
Developer and city are just exchanging land. Traffic on Beltiine is already bad. City needs to address this issue first.
Increased traffic and congestion.
Increased traffic congestion, increased housing.
We have Aubrey Park which can be expanded and used more. Too much traffic congestion and larger class sizes.
