MEMOI.RFT Page 1 <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> 11/12/93 <br /> TO: Mayor /Council <br /> FROM: Council Officers <br /> SUBJECT: Fox Hollow Surplus Property, Discussion and Disposition <br /> At the request of Councilor Keller, staff informed Council Officers at their meeting of November 8 that she suggested <br /> scheduling council approval of the the sale of this property to a specified party at the Council's November 22 meeting. <br /> The item has been tentatively scheduled; however, the officers would like councilors to indicate on November 17 whether <br /> they wish to sell the property at all (staff recommend the sale of the property). If no, staff will mothball all buildings and <br /> do minimum maintenance on the property. If yes, does council wish to sell the property to the Cascade Raptor Center? <br /> If no, there are administrative disposition procedures in place that will be implemented to dispose of the surplus property. <br /> If the council wishes to sell it to the Cascade Raptor Center, does council wish to discuss/take action at a work session, <br /> consent calendar, or as a regular item on a Monday evening agenda (i.e. November 22)? <br />
