Barbara was not here to discuss the item –the <br /> officers directed me to send council a memo (which I may try <br /> to have at their places this Wed and will cc to you) polling <br /> them regarding whether they wish to have a work session, <br /> action item, consent calender item, or none of the above on <br /> this issue. I will ask for their feedback on a date certain <br /> (before Nov 19) so I can report back to the officers at their <br /> mtg of Nov 22. So, for now, the officers did NOT place this <br /> on the Nov 22 agenda.
