At our June 28 meeting, Steve agreed to purge the Donor Listing <br /> field on all the RiverPlay donors as the information that was <br /> transferred was related to the inscription not the donor and asked <br /> me to refrain from working on the database until he completed this. <br /> As of 2 p.m. today, this had not been done. I have left 2 telephone <br /> messages for Steve (one on Friday, one this morning), as well as <br /> three emails (at 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Friday and 2 p.m. today), <br /> requesting the status of this request, and have not received a reply <br /> to any of my contacts so far. I received an email from Steve at <br /> 2:44 p.m. stating that the purging of the field would be done by <br /> 3:30 p.m. today and received a follow -up email at 2:59 p.m. that it <br /> was done. <br /> I also received at email from him at 3:37 p.m., acknowledging <br /> receipt of my email from Friday at 5:30 p.m. and stating that he <br /> would "begin working on the outstanding issues this afternoon" <br /> and that he would let me know when the next round is ready to <br /> test. <br /> 2. Continue to research donor tracking tools. Further research <br /> DonorPerfect. Also submit inquiry regarding JMT Consulting <br /> Group who claims they offer a superior product over DonorPerfect <br /> and The Raiser Edge. <br />
