expectations. I will try to get them moved up on Thursday. I
am booked solid tomorrow."
2. Also, begin working on inputting all Owen Rose Garden donors
and donations.
3. Receive specific park inventory information from landscape
architect staff in PW Engineering.
Thurs, June 28 (7.5hrs) 1. Carrie, Therese & Jesse meet with Steve Neet, 9:30 -11 a.m.
• Review Steve's spreadsheet and status of review, repair and
response of /to issues thus far. Steve has sorted Therese's
cumulative issues into enhancements, bugs, quick hits and
questions and is indicating the reason for the problem, solution
and date of resolution, if applicable.
• We also reviewed the RiverPlay donors that Steve transferred
late Tuesday and discovered that the item inscription was
erroneously entered in the "Donor Listing" field in the
database. We ask Steve to purge the contents of this field
because this information is related to the donation, not the
donor. He agrees to do this but asks us not to work on the
system until this task is complete.
• We were unable to address the latest 3 pages of issues
uncovered since our last meeting but Therese agrees to cut and
paste these new issues into Steve's issue tracking spreadsheet,
and Steve agrees to:
✓ Upload the changes he has made thus far to the test
database by the end of the day.
✓ Move his project tracking spreadsheet to Therese's folder
on the shared PW drive.
2. Since Therese has been asked not to work on the database while
Steve is working on the RiverPlay donors and Carrie would like
her to focus on testing the changes made thus far, Therese
suspends work on the database until she gets the green light from
Steve to begin testing the changes on the test database. Therese
researches two commercially available donor tracking tools,
DonorPerfect and Raisers Edge. Based on this preliminary
research, the capacity of these commercially available products are
far more extensive than our current donation database. Results of
this research are available here:
\ \Cesrv200 \public\ Shared \Therese\DonorTrackingTools.doc
3. Received email from Steve Neet at 3:30 p.m., just before
Therese leaves for the day, that the changes have been uploaded to
the test database and that his issue tracking spreadsheet is available
