As a group and individually we will be asking you to <br /> reconsider this particular site for dog off -leash use. The memorandum <br /> and correspondence between the various agencies responsible for this <br /> "experiment" that are included herein point out the inappropriateness of <br /> this particular site. Words such as popular, successful, and appropriate <br /> keep popping up in early conversations. Although it has been popular here at <br /> Wayne Morse, successful and appropriate are not applicable adjectives in <br /> this instance. <br /> The enclosed memorandum clearly point out the flaws in the selection <br /> process. Furthermore, many of the tenets ignored o be ffollowed to give <br /> process concluded. If there is and was p rocess <br /> critical evaluation to the experiment that the city entered into, why was <br /> it not followed and where did it get off track? <br /> There are many more issuses to be discussed regarding this site which <br /> will be brought before you in a timely fashion. We ask that you consider the <br /> information and facts presented and reopen the debate on dog off -leash use <br /> at this one particular site.
