He said some of the work would be done on Willow Creek. <br /> • BPA Acquisition Update <br /> Mr. Alverson noted that there had been no BPA developments since the last meeting. <br /> D. Army Corps of Engineers <br /> • Fern Ridge Dam <br /> Mr. Stampe noted that Fern Ridge Dam pipeline was failing. He said the result would be that the reservoir <br /> would not be filled the next year. He acknowledged that there would be a large local impact from that <br /> action and said the Corps was looking for alternative options. He said a large amount of funding would be <br /> needed to do the necessary repair work but it was yet unclear where that funding would come from. He <br /> reiterated that it was most likely that the reservoir would not be filled in the next year. <br /> Mr. Duckett suggested said the Long Tom Watershed Council wanted to work with the ACOE to possibly <br /> get a higher flow in the original Coyote Creek bed. <br /> Mr. Gordon said Fern Ridge was important to the community and not just for wetland issues.
