Development of Wetlands: coordination to streamline the development process, as <br /> shown on Map 3 of the Plan, while complying with federal and state wetland laws, policies <br /> and guidelines. <br /> City: <br /> • will cooperate with Division of State Lands and Army Corps of Engineers regarding <br /> establishing wetland permitting procedures at the Public Information Center, including <br /> • issuing state wetland permits, <br /> • certifying plan consistency, <br /> • collecting fees, <br /> • purchasing credits from Mitigation Bank <br /> • training and educating staff <br /> • developing materials for the public <br /> providing assistance to the public <br /> • will coordinate with BLM if development is on land adjacent to BLM ownership as <br /> described in the City's natural resource ordinance <br /> • will coordinate with TNC if development is on land adjacent to TNC ownership <br /> Description of Responsibilities Exhibit B Page 4 <br />
