I S N T VATER MANAGEMENT DE <br /> GUIDEL Draft # 1 <br /> TECHNICAL MEMORANDUM NO. <br /> This policy calls for the City to evaluate the feasibility of establishing and maintaining <br /> water quality treatment facilities and, where feasible, retrofit existing facilities to function <br /> as water quality treatment facilities. This policy directs the <br /> City to establish the appropriate administrative mechanisms to ensure full implementation of <br /> the Stormwater Plan. <br /> Relevance: Gives the City the direction and authority to establish interim policies in order <br /> to implement CSWMP. <br /> Policy 1.5 - Develop new design standards and maintenance practices that meet the <br /> multiple objectives of the Stormwater Plan. <br /> This policy directs the City to adjust its design standards and maintenance practices to meet <br /> multiple objectives, which includes the resources addressed by this guideline. <br /> Relevance: Establishing interim procedures for plan review which include an evaluation of <br /> the natural resources present will allow the City to identify those current standards which <br /> may not conform to the goals of the Stormwater of the curr current tandards dialogue om t the multi multiple <br /> staff and developers regarding the adjustment <br /> objectives of the Stormwater Plan. <br /> Page 11 <br />
