Information will include materials for the volunteer leaders and <br /> support materials for other volunteers. <br /> • Develop workshop to train volunteer leaders. <br /> Task 3: • Develop an education program for property owners regarding the protection of natural <br /> resources on their property. <br /> ED5 - Commercial /Industrial Housekeeping Practices <br /> Where possible, tie into educational activities conducted under other BMPs (for example, include <br /> information in articles, newsletters, and ad campaigns). <br /> Task 2: • Identify successful business awareness programs and materials developed in other areas. <br /> (For example, the City of Bellevue has developed manuals for specific <br /> industries /commercial businesses regarding housekeeping practices to protect stormwater. <br /> Tie into the BMP Manual developed under P &A8.) <br /> • Identify programs and materials that would be appropriate for Eugene. <br /> Task 5: • Implement the business awareness program throughout the term of the permit. <br /> ED6 - Reporting of Illegal Dumping <br /> Wherever possible, coordinate the following activities with those conducted under other <br /> educational BMPs and other BMPs (P &A5, and P &A6). For example, include information from <br /> this BMP in volunteer cleanup and "adopt -a- stream" programs created under BMP ED4.
