In the event that monitoring at any location or for any individual parameter is determined by the <br /> permittees and the Department to be unproductive, the Department will delete or change the <br /> monitoring requirements accordingly by a permit action letter. <br /> 6. _ Reporting Procedures <br /> Monitoring data shall be summarized to include concentrations of each. pollutant . for each <br /> monitoring site for each storm event monitored, compared to previously collected data, and <br /> reported as directed in Condition 7 of this .Schedule. <br /> 7. The permittees shall submit within 18 months after permit issuances and ever 12 months <br /> following a coordinated system- wide report containing: <br /> a. The level of activity and status of implementing the components of the SWMP; <br /> b. Any changes, initiated or proposed, made to the SWMP; <br /> c. A summary of data, including monitoring data required by Schedule B, that is <br /> accumulated throughout the reporting year; and <br /> d. Any water quality improvements or degradation that have been identified. <br /> • <br />
