The permittees shall maintain, through ordinance, interagency agreement or other means, <br /> adequate legal authority to implement and enforce the provisions of this permit. <br /> 2. Each permittee shall be responsible for the portion of the system -wide report applicable to their <br /> individual jurisdiction. Individual permittees shall not be held responsible for the noncompliance <br /> of a co- permittee with the conditions of this permit. <br /> 3. All storm water shall be managed in accordance with the current SWMP approved by the <br /> Department. No significant changes shall be made' in storm water management activities as <br /> described in the approved SWMP without the prior written approval of the . Department. <br /> Insignificant changes to management activities as described in the approved SWMP may be made <br /> without written approval of the Department. Insignificant changes are modifications of <br /> implementation tasks within 'a management activity that do not change the intent or overall <br /> implementation schedule of that activity. <br /> All changes to the SWMP shall be summarized in the annual report required by Schedule B. <br /> 4. The preparation and submittal of a system -wide annual report as required by Schedule B shall <br /> be coordinated by the City of Eugene. <br /> 5. Permit coverage may be terminated for a single co- permittee without terminating coverage for <br /> other permittees. <br />
