TREE INCIDENT
On Saturday, July 23, 1994, we got a call on a tree limb down. Dave Edwards
responded and cleaned up the limb. We went back Monday morning, July 25th and
removed the tree. The limb came from a triple crotch at the top of the tree
at about 25 feet. The top that broke, took a second limb with it when it
fell. Both limbs were 6" to 8" in diameter. Removing the weak and broken
sections of the tree left only one major limb on the north side of the tree.
The tree was located on the northwest corner of Broadway and Charnelton. The
Top that came out probably would not have been "caught" by an inspector since
it was so high in the tree and there was no signs visible from the ground of
decay.
aes
f1_ ' K"' , t 'gip ` • ,s "
lr . 7.. re ' ` t( r .
' may„ l'.• 7 . .
