891•,139 <br /> • <br /> six (6) months from a starting date. Open carports shall not be used for <br /> storage other than that enclosed by wall of the structure. <br /> (3) Yards shall be landscaped not more than thirty (30) days after <br /> occupancy, except when occupancy occurs after October 1st and before May <br /> 1st, yard delivered to occupant during incllmate weather shall be <br /> maintained in a neat, clean condition and grass shall be watered and cut <br /> regularly. Front lawns shall be covered with well trimmed grass over no <br /> less then forty percent (40%) of their total area and the rest shall be <br /> either planted in lawn or maintained with shrubbery and other well kept <br /> landscaping. Two trees of a flowering nature with a least a two inch <br /> diameter base shall be planted and sustained on the front part of the lot <br /> and shall as much as practical be in line wiih other flowering trees on <br /> adjacent lots. If a parking strip exists the two trees shall be planted <br /> and sustained in the parking strip, and if no parking strip exists they <br /> shall be put as near to the front of the lot as practicable and in line <br /> with trees on adjacent lots. <br /> (4) No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any lot, <br /> nor shall anything be done thereon which may become an annoyance or <br /> nuisance to the neighborhood. <br /> (5) No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view oh. *nv lot <br /> except one (1) professional sign of not more than one -third (1/3) square <br /> foot or one sign of not more than five (5) square feet advertising the <br /> property for sale, both of which must be not less than twenty feet (20') <br /> from the front property line. No signs advertising the property for rent <br /> may be posted on any lot or in any home within the property covered by <br /> this Declaration. <br /> (f,) No oil drilling, oil development operations. oil refining, quarrying <br /> or mining operations of any kind shall be permitted upon any lot, nor <br /> shall permittedluponlor,intanyslottorninsanymhomeawithin excavations <br /> the property covered by <br /> this Declaration. <br /> No animal, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or <br /> k ept on any lot, except that one dog, one cat or other household pet may <br /> be provided that <br /> and do not create o object onable i for any <br /> odor. <br /> (8) No lot shall be used or maintained as a parking place for trucks, <br /> trailers, equipment, or materials, except during the course of <br /> construction, or used as a ground for rubbish or used as • parking <br /> place for vehicles not in regular family use. Trash, garbage or other <br /> waste shall not be kept except in sanitary containers, emptied weekly. <br /> All incinerators, garbage cans or other equipment for the storage or <br /> disposal of such materials shall be kept in a clean and sanitary place. <br /> Storage of any kind of goods, s ttels mefchhndise,ding mater o 1, f u 1, <br /> supplies or machinery shall be within <br /> by tight fences that completely screen it from sight. <br /> • <br />
