8915/39 <br /> (9) No fence, wall hedge, shrub or other obstacle shall obstruct the line <br /> oc vision between 2 feet and 5 feet vertical, within 12 of the street - <br /> lot line, except not more than four trees which shall be trimmed of <br /> foliage not less than 5 feet above the ground. Foliage on young trees not <br /> sufficiently tall to trim shall be accepted. <br /> (10) No building shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot <br /> until construction plans and specifications and the plot plan showing the <br /> location of the structure have received written approval by the building <br /> committee. The building committee shall approve only those structures and <br /> alterations which harmonize in material, design, workmanship and <br /> elevation, with the existing buildings.
