Looks like readoption can be done through Board action only, not involving Lane County PC. That's definitely preferable to the full PC /Board process. Since no changes are proposed we will need to develop a new ordinance and number. We certainly can process it only with the Board since it is not considered a "Land Use Ordinance ". earlier discussions were placed on hold with Eugene staff. From: CHILDS Jan W To: BURNS Roy L; COLE John A Subject: Readoption of Tree Ordinance for UT Area Date: Wednesday, May 01, 1996 3:49PM I've been talking with our Public Works folks and was asked if I could provide information on the process for readoption of the Tree Ordinance for the UT area. I'm asuming that since we aren't changing the Ordinance, it just goes to the Board, rather than through the full Lane County PC /Lane County Board process. Let me know if that's correct. Page 1
