The <br /> folks have been the backbone and success of the program. The dinner /business meeting is an opportunity <br /> to get everyone together, recognize and reward their involvement, and brainstorm of how to improve the <br /> program. As we get the active involvement of the leaders, our staff time is reduced so we are be able to <br /> get more trees planted with our limited resources. <br /> I anticipate the dinner meeting to have about 30 -40 persons with a cost of around $500.00. I think it is <br /> money well spent given the great amount of work these people will do for the city and how much more we <br /> can accomplish with less. Please let me know asap so we can schedule a date.
