1) Plant new street trees in the ROW around the entire <br /> development site according to a planting plan to be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Urban Forester. <br /> 2) Provide a payment to the Road Fund for future street tree <br /> stock based on the value of the two identified heritage trees in the <br /> ROW with a credit for the value of the newly planted trees. <br /> 4) Take precautions to minimize the impact from construction <br /> activity on the black walnut heritage tree remaining in the ROW. <br /> Require the contractor to provide appropriate protection <br /> measures. Employ the services of an independent, certified <br /> arborist to be present during excavation of soil within the drip <br /> line of the tree.
