He located the permit. It was filed <br /> under 2600 W. 29th Ave. (the address of the property). Permit was approved <br /> on 4/23/93 by Jan to remove remaining trees to allow for new subdivision <br /> road and utility placement. (S92 -27, Bill French in Planning) The owner of <br /> the property is listed as a Beckley - Zellner at the same address. In short, <br /> the development appears to be proceeding according to established processes <br /> and permits. The erosion control part still remains a private, or civil <br /> issue however.
