<br /> Neighborhood. However, the utility has decided only to trim along the powerlines
<br /> Nth Adams and other individually selected "hot spots" that cannot wait until - -

<br /> The reason for this deferral is to minimize the visual impact on the Whiteaker
<br /> Neighborhood during the season that most residents appreciate their trees the P
