The agencies <br /> recently participated in a two -day training session in which an environmental consultant <br /> proposed some practices that would make tree trimming healthier for the trees but less <br /> aesthetically pleasing. EWEB plans to begin a line clearance trimming project in the <br /> Whiteaker neighborhood targeted to start February 28th. These new tree trimming practices <br /> would be implemented for this project. Johnny Medlin and Marty Douglas have developed a <br /> public notification process. <br /> I feel like a status report for both of you would be beneficial at this time. The only <br /> time that appears to work on everybody's calendar is Friday, February 11 at 10:30 a.m. <br /> The meeting will be at Public Works Administration, 858 Pearl Street, 4th floor conference <br /> room.
