References to other sections are not consistently formatted between paragraphs C -4 and C -5. <br /> 5. Paragraph D -1 -e, hyphenate "fast - growing." Also there is an extra space after "of ". <br /> 6. Paragraph D -2, line 2, add apostrophe so line ends "tree's removal." <br /> 7. Paragrpah D -2, line 4, the word "City" has a capital "C ". Compare to "city tree" in line of of intro to <br /> Section D. Then compare to all references to city throughout document, and make consistent or <br /> semi - consistent based on context. <br /> 8. At the end of paragraph D -2 is another reference to another section of the agreement that may not be <br /> consistent in format with other references to other sections. <br /> 9. In D -3 -c, I might just go (1) through (5) rather than putting (a) and (b) under (1). Then consistify <br /> punctuation at end of each item. <br /> 10.
