DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> CITY and EWEB agree this agreement shall become effective on June 1, 1994 and shall <br /> remain in effect until terminated by one of the parties. <br /> CITY and EWEB agree to meet on or around May 1st of each year to review the provisions <br /> of this agreement to discuss modifications. <br /> G. TERMINATION <br /> Upon written notice delivered to the office of the City Manager or EWEB General <br /> Manager, either party, without cause, may terminate its participation in this <br /> agreement. <br /> H.
