Forester will make every reasonable attempt to find a different location <br /> to plant the replacement trees within the local neighborhood. <br /> F. DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement shall become effective on June 1. 1994 and shall remain in <br /> effect until terminated by one of the parties. <br /> CITY and EWEB agree to meet on or around May 1 of each year to review the <br /> provisions of this agreement to discuss modifications. <br /> G. TERMINATION <br /> Upon written notice delivered to the office of the City Manager or EWEB <br /> General Manager, either party. without cause, may terminate its participation <br /> in this agreement. <br /> H.
