<br /> Coordinate the design and construction of a wetland education center and interpretive services and
<br /> their necessary components (Education Plan, Access Plan, Interpretation Plan, facility design and
<br /> construction). Develop agreements for sharing facilities and equipment with other cooperators.
<br /> Coordinate development of environmental education programs and materials.

<br /> and intra - agency coordination including Forest Service, state and federal wildlife agencies, Soil
<br /> Conservation Service , private interested parties such as Wildlife Federation, Ducks Unlimited and
<br /> Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation to assure compliance with all state and federal laws National
<br /> Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), T&E Act, Migratory Bird Act, Eagle Act, and to build strong
<br /> partnerships.

<br /> workers who felt that they had experienced discrimination in the workplace. Acted as a mediator,
<br /> interviewed the "victim /employee" as well as the alleged "perpetrator," and any witnesses and
<br /> supervisors involved with the action. Developed case files based on the interviews, made
<br /> recommendations for reconciliation involving sexual harassment, age and sex discrimination.
<br /> Worked on procurement team to hire statewide BLM mental health care contractor. Reviewed
<br /> contract bids in relationship to program objectives and employee needs.
