Operating area should be confined to a small area near the 3/4 -0 pile. Gary Lynnes won't need a portable radio as radios will be
in the vehicles. If it isn't too congested and if there is a waiting line,
Ken can call Harry Bressler to bring another sweeper.
EQUIPMENT DEMONSTRATION
TV Truck-------------- --- ------- ---- --- -- ------------- Smith /Steve Stone
Vactor --------------------------------------------------- Ken Boss /Larry Braun
Set -up of these demonstration areas should be the same as was done for the
communication event.
EQUIPMENT DISPLAY AREA
10 -Yard Truck ( Vacant) -------------------- ---- --- ----- -- - Dub Davee
5 -Yard Truck (Vacant)
10 -Yard Truck with sander and snowplow
5 -yard Truck with sander
Unimog with slope mower and snowblower
Cat Crawler
5 -Yard truck with trailer and Mauldin Asphalt spreader -- -Frank Reeves
5 -Yard truck with hot -box insert
Large Asphalt Roller
Large Crack Sealing Unit
Small Crack Sealing Unit
Mobile Sweeper----------- ---------- ---- --- -- ------------ Kiscoan
Mobile Sweeper
Ravo Sweeper
Flusher
Sweeper Dump Truck
Aqua Tech ----------------------------------------- - - - - -- - Russ Deless
Myers
Roving alternate for employees taking breaks, etc -------- Greg Stolt Y
Greg Stolt can coordinate the set up of equipment with help from the above
employees. Make sure that one Mobile is set in such a position that it can
get out in case of emergency or if Gary Lynnes asks for it in the operating
area. When setting up the equipment, try to place in groupings so that those
who are responsible for each grouping are available for answering questions.
Also, while it will be necessary to place the sanders in the trucks, you may
just place the snowplows and snowblower in front of the vehicles if it is
easier. Since Greg has some experience with all of the equipment, he can
break those who want to tour or take a break. Greg should have a portable
radio or a radio can be left on in one of the vehicles.
