5 -Yard dumptruck loaded with freshly purchased gravel - -- - Skip Watts <br />This truck will be parked near the Concrete Section's Crew Room. <br />SMALL EQUIPMENT DISPLAY <br />Compressor----------------------------------------- Arlando Avila /Harry Neet <br />Concrete saw, cut off saw, generator, pick -up, etc. <br />Arlando can be in charge of deciding what pieces of equipent should be set <br />up and assuring they are placed on line. This area will be along the east <br />side of the bridge barn, compound area. <br />YARD CLEAN -UP <br />We will need three or four employees to roam the yard and clean up debris <br />such as paper cups, discarded suggestion papers, look for and eliminate <br />hazards, etc. The following employees are given that assignment: <br />Ray Baker------------------------ ------- ------- --- - - - - -- -Coordinate areas <br />Bob Mansfield <br />*Harry Bressler <br />John Khuu <br />*Keep in mind that Harry may be needed to assist with a second sweeper in <br />the driving course. Also, Bob Mansfield and Harry Bressler would be <br />available if an emergency should occur where a sweeper is needed. We will <br />have a couple of pickups left out in the street for other clean -up emer- <br />gencies. Ray Baker should have a portable radio and carry his camera to <br />capture a few pictures. <br />PARKING ATTENDANTS AND EMERGENCY SE REPAIR <br />Jim Kearns will have the following group of six employees to control parking <br />and be available in case of emergency sewer pluggings: <br />Dave Baker <br />Gordon Smith <br />Dave Bell <br />Eric Ownbey <br />Ron Schmidt <br />Larry Sidwell <br />Jim can assure a sewer cleaning machine and two pickups, (Sewer Crew and <br />Street Sanitation) are left out for emergencies. Park them in the street, <br />east of the office. Jim can arrange parking control shifts for the above <br />individuals and make sure those not on duty are reasonably available for sewer <br />pluggings. Jim should carry a portable radio for emergencies. -"' <br />
