The parking line could run the full length of building #4 and #6, <br />probably three vehicles wide. If we have to reduce the equipment display <br />line by a few items we can jointly decide what that should be. <br />Fleet staff will move the equipment repair line Tuesday night and arrange for <br />staffing all events within their respective areas as will Maintenance Plan- <br />ning assist with tours and arrange for staffing any displays which they will <br />be involved with. <br />NOTE: Dave Ritter and Dave Colley provided a detailed work schedule which <br />identifies who will be here at specific times and what jobs they will have <br />those folks doing. I would appreciate a similar schedule from John Gibson <br />and Tony Jobanek, and have provided a sample so each of you can follow the <br />same format. <br />
