Parks and Open Space Strategic Planning <br />Agenda Item Template <br />Title: <br />POS division structure <br />Description: <br />As we move through the strategic planning process and.identify goals and priorities for the <br />future it is also important to revisit our organizational structure. It may be that as we <br />strategically move into a new phase of the division that we would benefit by altering the <br />existing make up and responsibilities of the different sections. <br />Why is this important? <br />Our existing structure is working well in many aspects but there may be opportunities to do <br />things better.
