Those from north Eugene were the most <br />likely to expect an increase while those from central and west Eugene were more likely to see a <br />decrease than the citywide average. <br />8b. This is significantly higher <br />than found with the comparable question in the November, 1997 survey of Springfield residents <br />which found: Yes: 36% and No: 60 %. <br />Responses were essentially constant across demographic groups.
