PROGRAMS INCLUDED IN THE POS DIVISION <br />The Parks and Open Space Division is to have responsibility for four major program areas with staffing <br />organized consistent with those program areas. Three of the four sections will be created by transferring <br />in total the existing Parks Maintenance, Parks Planning, and Urban Forestry work units from the <br />Maintenance Division. The fourth section is to be a newly created work unit titled "Wetlands and Open <br />Waterways ". The new section would consists of a new position and staff transferred from both the <br />Maintenance and Engineering Divisions. <br />Parks & Open Space Division <br />Parks Planning I Weflands & Open Waterways I Parks Maintenance I I Han Forestry <br />The following organizational charts illustrate the distribution of personnel by name and classification to <br />match the accompanying program distribution charts . It should be noted that all of the positions shown <br />with the exception of the Division Manager, Administrative Aide 3, and Wetlands and Open Waterways <br />Manager positions are existing budgeted PWM or PWE positions. In most cases the incumbent is <br />shown with their existing classification or working title. <br />New funding is necessary for the Division Manager and Administrative Aide to be split on a percentage <br />basis from the General, Road, and Storm Sewer Funds.
