PRE - OPENING COSTS <br />Expenses <br />The facilities at Laurelwood are currently not equipped to allow for a commercial <br />restaurant. The kitchen does not meet current standards and codes to handle the <br />volume needed to serve the public, and as such needs several permanent fixtures <br />installed in order to bring it up to code as a functioning commercial kitchen. The <br />following is a list of equipment, including costs: <br />1) Class 1 hood system, complete with supply air, including vents and exhaust <br />fans, approximately 13' W' (L) X 36 "(W) X 24 "(H). $26,600.00 <br />2) Class 2 vapor hood, hood 60" X 69' required for a commercial dishwasher. <br />$4,300.00 <br />3) Natural gas supply piping providing 1,000,000 BTU /hoar from existing meter <br />location to proposed location of cooking fine, providing a manifold for <br />connection of six appliances. $5,600.00 <br />4) Fire Suppression System for Hood system, including electrical and plumbing <br />installation. $4,500.00 <br />5) Installation of natural gas fired tankless water heater (interior model with <br />direct vent to atmosphere). This figure represents provision, installation, and <br />connection to gas supply only. This figure does not include cost of connection <br />to plumbing system. Electrical connection by others. $2,320.00 <br />6) Walk -in refrigeration cooler, complete with fans and compressor. $7,000.00 <br />The projected total for this project is $45,820.00. <br />
