University of Oregon, to its parent restaurant, Agate Alley Bistro, to facilitate catered
events, and to take advantage of the history and natural beauty afforded by the facilities
at the golf course.
Agate Alley Bistro is one of the Eugene restaurant industry's biggest success stories
during the current economic downturn and we plan to emulate that successful formula
with this project. We are confident that this new partnership with Laurelwood Golf
Course and with the city of Eugene will make Laurelwood a popular destination for not
only golf enthusiasts, but for a populace that is looking for a new venue that provides
attractive amenities for special events as well as place to relax and enjoy one of
Eugene's truly beautiful areas.
