As discussed, we are entering into this agreement to <br />facilitate your low income housing development. We believe entering into this agreement is <br />consistent with the Councils goal to facilitate low income housing. <br />A. NEDCO AGREES: <br />Construct all park improvements as described in EXHIBIT "A" within one year of the date <br />of execution of this agreement. <br />2. Convey title of the area designated as "PARK" from the attached plat map, designated as <br />EXHIBIT "B ", to the City of Eugene. The size of the park is approximately 1.2 acres. <br />All costs to transfer title shall be the responsibility of NEDCO. <br />3. All park improvements shall be constructed to adopted City of Eugene Parks or Public <br />Works standards for public improvements. <br />
