B. CITY AGREES: <br />The donation of the land described in EXHIBIT "B" will provide a significant park asset <br />for the Bethel neighborhood. The construction of low maintenance park improvements is <br />consistent with City policy and will qualify for Park SDC credit. <br />2. On completion of items A -1 and A -2., the City will credit NEDCO an amount equivalent <br />to the approved value of the improvements up to a maximum amount equal to the value <br />of the Parks SDC's previously financed by NEDCO for the Field of Dreams development. <br />This amount is estimated to be $16,104. NEDCO shall have the option of basing the <br />credit amount on either actual costs documented by NEDCO after project completion or <br />on unit prices paid for similar improvements on recent city projects and on file with the <br />City Engineer. <br />2. NEDCO shall not be responsible to provide park improvements in excess of the funding <br />eligible for SDC credit. <br />Your interest and cooperation in this agreement is appreciated.
