MEMO UM
Date: May 13, 2005
To: Kurt Corey, Director, Public Works Department
From: Bob Noble, Airport Manager
Subject: Passenger Demand Analysis
Public Works
Airport Division
City of Eugene
28855 Lockheed Drive
Eugene, Oregon 97402
(541) 682-5430
(541) 682-6838 FAX
www. eugen eai rport. com
Though I do not normally share a lot of information with the rest of the organization about
air service and the periodic analysis we conduct to assess our opportunities (usually it is
results oriented), I thought it might be helpful for you to take a look at this year's report to
gain perspective about the industry, our performance and our air service challenges. An
executive summary is included that identifies the key components and measures that are
discussed in the report.
If you feel it would be appropriate to share this document with Dennis Taylor, or any other
member. of the organization, please route this copy to them or let me know and I can
forward one. I would also be happy to share this information with the execs at one of
your meetings if you think that would be beneficial.
