Those 382.9 acres were classified as 244 acres ofpalustrine emergent
wetland, 33 acres of
palustrine forested wetland, and 105.9 acres of uplands. The Lee, Marvin, Cuddeback, and Dedker acres consist of
189.37 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands, 73 acres of palustrine
forested
wetlands, and 10.14 acres of upland (see Table 1).
For the remaining 110.37 acres yet to be acquired using NAWCA funds, we
anticipate acquiring a combination of palustrine emergent. wetlands, palustrine
forested wetlands, and upland.
Tables 1, below, summarizes the information discussed above.
' Using NAWCA funds to help purchase the Decker conservation easement was approved by USFWS
staff (Anna-Marie York) in written correspondence to me on April 25, 2003 and again on August 27,
2003.
Page .1
