AMENDMENT NO. One TO <br /> City of Eugene Contract No. 2008 - 00234 <br /> This Amendment is made to the Personal/Professional Services Contract dated June 4, 2008, <br /> between the City of Eugene (City) and OBEC Consulting Engineers (Contractor). <br /> City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br /> Amendment One adding an amount not to exceed $12,000 to provide <br /> additional work under the structure inspection task 2. Completion date <br /> remains at January 31, 2009.
