(DEI), to ensure Broadway will function as a "great <br /> ~ street" that Ilows for use of all modes of transportation and emphasizes pedestrian character <br /> and enhan ed public spaces. The conceptual plans for the design of Broadway were <br /> ~ developed ith the assistance of a consortium of local consultants, including TBG Architects & <br /> ~ BGS Architecture & Plannin Robertson/Sherwood Architects, Satre Associates, <br /> ~ Planners, g, <br /> ~ and Balzhi er & Hubbard Engineers.
