The concrete street surface <br /> will be enh nced with gray coloring, and new sidewalk areas will be buff colored to complement <br /> existing si ewalk and brick work, some of which will be retained. The existing brick design in <br /> the Broad ay Plaza will be retained, allowing continued use of the plaza as a venue for <br /> community events. <br /> ~ Fu ding for the public includes $1.6 million from Lane County's Capital Project <br /> Partnershi fund and $200,000 from private property owners coordinated by DEI.
