The ceremony will also feature a parade <br /> with the U Marching Band, vintage autos from the Gearheads Northwest, and local cyclists. <br /> Als on Friday, DEI will showcase local shops, restaurants and galleries to celebrate the <br /> opening of roadway, current businesses, and the growing potential for downtown <br /> developme t.
