Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br /> to 2.442 of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br /> City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> ~ B. Pursuant to that delegated authority, on September 17, 2002, I issued Administrative <br /> Order No. 58-02-27, and notified the Mayor and City Councilors that I intended to revise the Airport <br /> Fee Schedule that had been established under Administrative Order No. 58-02-21-F on August 18, <br /> 2002, by establishing fingerprint processing fees; a Signatory B-Gate Docking Station rental rate; <br /> a revision to Section 10 of the fee schedule to add a monthly parking space rental rate for the <br /> Administrative Pazking Lot (which is rented by contract only); and the addition of a new section that <br /> sets forth the charges for copies of the Airport Study, Airport Master Plan, Hotel Feasibility Study, <br /> Airport Rules and Regulations, and for replacement of lost security badges. <br /> ~ I, C. The Notice was also posted at two locations at the Airport and published in the <br /> Register-Guazd, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, on September 23, 2002. In <br /> addition, the Notice was made available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the <br /> ' Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon, 97402, during normal business hours <br /> (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays).
