Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-02-27, <br /> I find that, after investigating the fees chazged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery of <br /> actual costs of providing services, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport, I have determined <br /> that those fees referenced in Finding B above should be increased, and the Airport Fee Schedule <br /> should be amended as set forth in the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto. The fee <br /> increases aze based on the actual costs incurred by the City. The unamended fees should be ratified <br /> and Administrative Order No. 58-02-21-F and the fees established therein should be repealed as of <br /> the effective date of this order. <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. The fees set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto aze established as the fees to be <br /> charged for the services set forth therein as of the effective date of this order. <br /> 2. The unamended fees aze ratified and Administrative Order No. 58-02-21-F and the <br /> fees established therein aze repealed as of the effective date of this order. <br /> 3. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
