I have input them into PeopleSoft under <br />DO 2011012977 for a total of $10221.00. <br /> <br />I have never really thought much about this vendor, as we have typically purchased one or two benches <br />with plaques at a time. This is the vendor that the City has been using for several years to provide <br />benches and plaques that are purchased as a result of a citizen wanting to place a bench and plaque in <br />honor of someone by donating funds to the City. <br /> <br />The funds are deposited into Fund 187 – General Donations. Then we pay from that fund. There is a <br />marketing program that goes along with this, where we have told the public, here is what a sample bench <br />and plaque will look like. Not sure what more info would be helpful. It looks like I have invoices in <br />LaserFiche going back to early 2008.
