Most
of these are purchased through donations. We are ordering 6 at a time to get a discount on the shipping. I have
attached the last email regarding the use of this vendor when we needed an override. Please, if you have any questions,
just give me a call! Thanks a million. This is covered basically
under 2 exemptions to the contracting code.

1) Goods for resale: Goods purchased for resale to customers
2) Sponsorship Agreements; where the City receives a gift or a donation in exchange for recognition of the donor.

Jim

_____________________________________________
From: AANDERUD Kris
Sent: Thursday, April 21, 2011 11:26 AM
To: ULRICH Jim W
Subject: RE: Request for override / assistance - Recreation Resource

Good morning Jim,
Thanks for allowing me to move forward on payment and for continuing how we should proceed in the future.

1
