In order to be considered for a 2013 Plot Use Permit, please contact me at 541 - 682 -4800 or by email at <br />Chris.i.airard @ci.euaene.or.us to set up an appointment to discuss a solution to your situation. Due to the expiration of <br />your 2012 Community Gardens agreement, please do not enter the Mathew's Garden until after our scheduled meeting. <br />If you fail to contact me by February 7, 2013, your garden plot will be abated and placed in the 2013 lottery for re- <br />assignment. <br />On February 8, 2013 you met with Chris Girard and Park Operations Supervisor Kevin Foerstler to discuss solutions to the <br />violations existing on your community Garden plot. At this meeting you received the following letter from Chris Girard: <br />In order to be issued a 2013 Community Garden Plot Use Permit, you must remove the excessive trash and other items <br />currently located on plot number 45 at the Mathews Garden no later than February 18, 2013, by 5 P.M. If you fail to <br />meet this deadline, you will not be issued a Community Gardens Plot Use Permit for the 2013 gardening season. <br />Items to be removed from Mathews Garden plot number 45 include but are not limited to the following: 5- gallon plastic <br />buckets, plastic containers, plastic tarps /covers, fertilizer containers, scrap wood, wire and garden tools.
