Bill and I can get the areas marked on Monday. Then we'll let Bill and Chad work out
the details..
Another question came up today with Petry that we thought you might have ideas about. I need to install a
couple of new signs, on either wood posts or metal poles, in locations on asphalt where there aren't currently
any posts or poles.
Is there a way to punch holes in the asphalt or should I find poles with bases that can be bolted down? They'll
need to be tall enough for the bottoms of the signs up be eight feet high. I'm concerned that bolting poles to the
asphalt would make them too easy to push over.
The City Hall lot isn't signed to code and we want to
"walk the walk" and do everything that's expected of other businesses.
Any thoughts you have on this would be really helpful. Thanks.
-Dave
---- - - - - -- Forwarded message ---- - - - - --
From: "LANE Dave C" < Dave.C,Lane(dei.eugene.or.us >
Date: Aug 24, 2012 10:25 AM
Subject: FW: Hi..Do You guys do the surface repairs in the alleys downtown?
To: "Dave Lane DaveCLaneCOE@Mail. I would recommend we let Bill and Chad work out details regarding date, specific
locations, and necessary space to conduct the various repairs.
Sound okay to you?
dj
