When they saw <br />us coming, the subjects gathered up their belongings and walked away to the west before splitting up. <br />Ofc Hubbard was able to stop two of the subjects, identified as Charles Kyvelos and <br />I Christopher Weaver. <br />contacted Kristy Hunt and gave her a warning for violation of park rules. Ofc Hubbard arrested Weaver <br />for a confirmed warrant. See his report for details. <br />I spoke to Kyvelos who I recognized from previous contacts. On two previous occasions, I had contacted <br />Kyvelos and given him warnings for being inside Washington /Jefferson St Park after the park had closed. <br />Kyvelos told me he was aware of the park hours, but stated he was just passing through. He said he was <br />trying to find Hunt a blanket. <br />Due to Kyvelos' previous drug history and current probation, I asked him for consent to search the two <br />backpacks he was carrying.
