He would not answer. <br />Arrest /Custody <br />I placed Kegan in handcuffs and read him his Miranda rights, to which he replied, "yes" that he understood. <br />Ofc McCutcheon responded and transported Kegan to Lane County Jail. <br />At the jail, I inventoried the contents of Kegan's backpack prior to placing it in jail storage locker #2, as <br />per jail policy. I located a glass marijuana pipe with residue in a sock and a marijuana sifter (commonly <br />used to grind marijuana and manufacture kief (a form of hashish). <br />Booking <br />Lodged. <br />After lodging Kegan, I lodged his property at our evidence storage facility. I opened the aforementioned <br />sifter and observed marijuana residue in the top section and kief, or hashish, residue in the bottom. I <br />lodged all items for destruction.
